On Demand
The On Demand program provides LSU students, faculty, and staff with flexible evening
transportation across campus. Designed to support safe and convenient travel after
fixed-route service ends, On Demand offers point-to-point rides between designated
campus locations from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
How On Demand Works
On Demand is a shared, request-based ride service that provides point-to-point transportation between designated campus locations. Riders request a trip and are picked up and dropped off based on their selected destination. Rides can be scheduled through the TransLoc app or by calling Dispatch at (225) 578-5555 with pickup and drop-off locations.
Note: If you are in an area on campus where On Demand service is unavailable and are not comfortable walking to the closest pickup/drop off location, please contact the LSU Police at (225) 578-3231 to request an officer to escort you to your preferred location.
