The Engagement Centers collaborate to enhance the impact of educational and career readiness opportunities of all LSU Tigers. Through community-inspired initiatives such as campus events, student organizations, and interpersonal exploration, the resources within the Engagement Centers are available to all members of the LSU community.
Intercultural Center
The Intercultural Center provides opportunities for all LSU students to develop a deep understanding of community and respect for all cultures.
The Center provides opportunities for the mutual exchange of ideas and cultural norms and the development of relationships. We serve as a resource for academic, professional, and social development to all interested members of the LSU community.
Women's Center
The Women’s Center promotes student development, health and safety, and retention by offering expansive educational opportunities on women’s issues.
The Center provides support, referral, and information on the history and progression of women’s-related concerns to students, faculty, staff, and other members of the LSU community.
Clarence L. Barney, Jr. African American Cultural Center
The Clarence L. Barney, Jr. African American Cultural Center retains the goal of student development through access and representation of historic African American culture, heritage, and tradition.
This communal resource provides expansive educational and development opportunities for interested community members and is open to all LSU students.
LGBTQ+ Center
The LGBTQ+ Center supports the safety and success of the overall LSU community by connecting faculty, staff, and community members with information and resources.
The LGBTQ+ Center offers access to digital directories and print resources and connects interested members of the LSU community to campus, local, state, national, and international resources.
