Laboratory for 3D Printing and Regenerative Medicine
The Laboratory for 3D Printing and Regenerative Medicine is focused on the design and development of new alternatives to standard treatment solutions. The different areas of research on which we are currently working include 3D printing of custom devices, 3D bioprinting of a new drug delivery system, and evaluation of platelet-rich plasma in regenerative medicine. To inquire about collaborating with us, please contact us via email for scheduling.
3D Printing
The lab works with various printers for 3D-printed Fused Deposition Modeling. Currently, we have three printers: Raise3D N2, LulzBot®, and BIBO.

3D Scanning
In order to make customized needs, our lab has two different types of 3D scanners. The scanners capture a 3D image that is then manipulated using a software program that allows us to create custom designs to meet the needs of our patients.

3D Design
In our 3D printing Lab, we use many different types of software to design and create custom products.
Bioprinting
Bioprinting is the future! We have a bioprinter, an instrument that allows us to print tissue. Stay tuned for upcoming details and projects!
